games gone

I played the silver cup in coop with my friend, WE had all our games together, so we should have the same amount of games right?

No, somehow i lost 3 or 4 of my matches, they were just gone. How can this happen???

I contacted EA support but they couldn't help me and send me here. This is juat my last hail mary to get my games back in some way.

I am on 19/20 wins ( doing everything for that TOTY) , so give me back my games por favor.
