I accidentally sold my manager at the beginning of the game. The transfer market is closed, I have no tokens, and when I log into the team, there are no managers listed in the recent sales. I can't do anything. What should I do?
I don’t think quick-sold managers are available in the Quick Sell Recovery section of the app, but you should double-check this.
If you can't restore your manager, look for Foundation Objectives and SBCs. Complete whichever ones you can to gain some coins or small bronze/silver packs. Hopefully, you’ll be able to pack a new manager or have enough coins to buy a bronze pack from the store.

What do you mean by "You don't have any tokens"?
Even on new account, you should be able to complete these foundations SBCs. This will give you some packs and coins.
