Gauntlet sideline bug

Today I was about to win 5/5 on the gauntlet, after making subs the camera switches to sideline and hence the opponent goes onto win as I cant control only watch, I contacted support and they can’t do anything even when I sent a video, they say mention it on forum and see if the community can help, after spending so much time and money on ea this is the level of support that is on offer, it takes a lot of effort and time to curate 5 teams for gauntlet, I have attached a photo of the view, happy to send a video link, its really not right to be selling a game with such broken mechanics especially when you have such a hard event on that requires optimal gameplay performance
