Got disconnected from the game, while having connection

I just played 5 fut Champs games back to back, and got booted in the last 2. The first time i was behind in the last seconds, so i though it was a bug. Second time was during second half while being 5-1 up. Now i am getting "flagged" by ea for disconnecting 2 games, meaning i lost 2 chances of progressing in fut Champs, and missing out on more matchcoins in the future. 

I had connection, so dont waste my time with "troubleshooting" my connection status thank you.

How do i get compensated for Ea's fault?
