GOT GOLD CLAUDIA PINA INSTEAD OF TOTY VERSION X2

what time did you open the pack? She was only in packs until 5:59PM UK/9:59PM PT, so if you opened the packs after that, it's correct that you got the gold version of her.

If you're not sure what time you opened the packs, please contact EA Support, so they can check and tell you. 

I’m sure it was before 6pm. How it can be checked?

Some players opening packs that contain Clàudia Pina Medina are receiving her Gold Rare version instead of the expected TOTY version. Our team is already investigating this, and they’re actively working on a fix. So the exact time you packed the card isn’t the problem the issue comes from our end, not from anything you did.

There’s nothing you need to worry about. Many players worldwide are facing the same situation, and it will be resolved as soon as the fix is ready. I just can’t give you an exact timeframe yet because I don’t want to mislead you while the team continues working. I hope you understand my situation, and I appreciate your patience while we get this sorted out.

did Support tell you what time you'd opened the pack?

Also, what pack did you get her from?

So far, the team has not found any examples of there being an issue with the TOTY players, only that packs have been opened before or after the time frame. Considering the answer from Support, it doesn't sound like they actually checked for the time frame and pack.

EA_Pythia​ I'm getting nowhere with Support team. I asked many times to give me an exact time and this is what i've got when I asked for the specific time. I'm sure it was before 6pm UK time.

We’re able to check your account, but in this specific situation the issue is already known on our side. You received the wrong item, and until the correct pack or corrected version is granted to you, we won’t be able to see the updated details in your account.

I hope you understand this is a system-side issue, not something caused by you, and the team is currently working on resolving it.

I also suffered the same issues, Packed her at 19:03, (19:00 GMT+1) started the TOTY Attackers here for me. I sent the screenshot of the Playstation Capture to the Support. 

Also keeping the Pina in the SBC Storage and not submitting her into a SBC is kind of difficult at times when doing Upgrade Packs / SBCS. 

By when can we expect this to be fixed?

I already talked with the support about this issue aswell as transmitted them screenshots of the "Walkout" with time Stamp 19:03. TOTY Attackers started at 19:00 (GMT +1) here. 

I was told that the issue is beeing investigated by the Dev. Team and fixed asap. 

Regarding the Pack (from which it was from iam not 100% sure as i opened a lot of Packs before flying off from the Servers), but it was surely not a "Starting Eleven" Player Pick. 

The Pina is still in my SBC Storage as iam afraid of submitting her into an SBC and not receiving the corrected Player afterwards. 

I really hope this can be fixed asap (as i dont want to grind LIGA F Upgrade Packs) this week if i should have already packed her.

Yeah but its always with the contect drop so its 16 - 18 from 6 PM to 6 PM. 

I Packed her on 16th 6:03 PM
