Visual glitch on companion app showing evo cards as base golds

Had to start a new discussion about this, seen many people having the same issue and being asked to provide video evidence of the visual glitch and having the case marked as solved. I’ve provided this evidence to an EA moderator on here but had no response anyone know the next step of action? Seems crazy that they can deny any knowledge of the visual glitch putting it down to human error but when evidence is provided they go silent
