have not received any rewards

Hello.
I pre-ordered EA Sports FC 26, but I only received early access to the game. The other pre-order bonuses, such as FIFA Points and the Pass, were not granted to my account.

Could you please check my account and make sure that all the promised rewards are credited?

I preordered fc26 ultimate edition  on xbox s (using Microsoft balance)it was done on the 13th August 2025.

I've had early access & 2000 points/coins but nothing else that is in the rewards that I can see when I open the game.

I've played several matches restarted the game numerous times and still nothing.

I understand that it may take a bit of time but is there any way of me making sure that I will still get these.(hope this makes sense)I have blacked out my billing address .

Hi, I have received every reward for my Pre purchase of ultimate edition except for the icon pack. I've tried playing games restart the game tried to go into the Web app what am I supposed to do next?
