Community ManagerHey 20FLN10. Let us know if you eventually receive your rewards. Restarting the game and playing a match or two usually helps if your account needs to synchronize.

I pre-ordered EA Sports FC 26, but I only received early access to the game. The other pre-order bonuses, such as FIFA Points and the Pass, were not granted to my account.
