have not received any rewards
I bought the ultimate edition but I haven't received anything please help

Community ManagerHey 20FLN10. Let us know if you eventually receive your rewards. Restarting the game and playing a match or two usually helps if your account needs to synchronize.

I preordered fc26 ultimate edition on xbox s (using Microsoft balance)it was done on the 13th August 2025.
I've had early access & 2000 points/coins but nothing else that is in the rewards that I can see when I open the game.
I've played several matches restarted the game numerous times and still nothing.
I understand that it may take a bit of time but is there any way of me making sure that I will still get these.(hope this makes sense)I have blacked out my billing address .
