Haven't received the Icon Pack yet

Hey EA I pre ordered the ultimate edition of FC26 but still haven’t received the icon pack yet. I read the patch notes and tried shutting the game down completely and re logging in but it still didn’t give me the pack? It's been 3 days since I lodged this complaint but still haven't received and acknowledgement on this let alone a reply. You'd think a gigantic company such as EA would hold themselves to higher standards of customer service but this has been a horrible experience with regards to my case. Poor from EA
