Packed vitinha only for him not to turn up to my squad?

Anyone no why this could of happened I’ve packed a decent player today only when I’ve cleared them to my club no players turned up and haven’t turned up all day I’ve restarted signed in and out several times times and nothing? 

also I’ve had some players disappear from squad has this happened to anyone else can anyone help with this ? Also lost a reijnders aswell!
