Help - lost content

All the guides online and in support pages just seem to lead to dead ends and live chat not working for me. 

I have lost my gold ousmanne dembele card it just disappeared. Not sure if it was when I deleted the loan version that we got before the tots promo or not but it has completely vanished. What can I do
