Horrible customer service.
I had 4 people leave at a draw during draft. None of these games I received the win for which was supposedly what happens now, when I asked about it I was blatantly ignored.
I then disconnected from the servers while winning a game in the 70th minute, which naturally, gave me a loss and round 1 exit.
Apparently nothing can be done for the draft token because it was used? Yes, but I lost it due to the horrible servers that ea have.
Then I asked why I haven't received ea play rewards, and was effectively told to just 'wait til October 30th' ??? If I wanted to wait til then for some rewards that will be useless by then, I simply wouldn't have purchased ea play.
Then I was confused as to why ive spent £100 to pre order this game, £7 for ea play, only to be at a disadvantage from the get go to pc players who received 2 icons for that. While I receive 1. So now not only are the servers worthless, but if I want to play cross play, I am automatically behind any pc player that exists.
Furthermore, I took 5, FIVE, disconnects in squad battles. If this was down to my internet I wouldn't have an issue as it would be my fault, however it wasn't and isnt, so im immensely confused as to why I have now lost out on, at the very least, 4000 squad battles points, so once again, I am behind because of the servers.
I asked for a refund because, why am I spending this much on a game that's effectively unplayable due to a billion dollar companies incompetence. I was told to go to Sony. Wonderful, if you have ever used a console, you are aware Sony do not let you refund anything that has begun downloading, so I was ineligible for ar refund before even playing the game.
Throughout all of this, I was told nothing more than 'Sorry' and 'You can post on our forums if you are unhappy with your experience' which at the time I thought, that won't get me anywhere, because ive just spent 2 hours in a queue for live chat to speak to someone that didn't seem to be able to actually read or answer my questions and just kept telling me to post about it on the forums to receive help. I am only doing this for the slightest, tiny chance, that I actually receive a response from someone that seems human, and not just pressing random automated responses or telling me its my fault that the game has kicked me off the servers?
I spoke to quite possible the most ignorant, unhelpful person I have ever encountered and it has made the overall experience that was already poor, so much worse.
Frankly, if the gameplay itself wasn't somewhat fun, I wouldn't care, like every other year when I and everyone else alike encounters similar issues, unfortunately, the game is actually fun when the servers dont decide you've played enough. Past this the massive disadvantage im at after paying £107 (including ea play) to play the game earlier and basically have my progress just be irrelevant or 1/10th of what it could be, im just absolutely disgusted at the unhelpfulness, lack of care, interest, concern or to be honest, absolutely anything for customers. Telling me to 'Post on the forums' and 'Wait til October 30th for ea play rewards' Im on live chat because I want live help. I then dont think we should have to wait for things half the player base already has. Let alone if you account for the pc bonus icon!!!
I was told that pc players cannot get 2 icons, and when I sent him a screenshot of a pc player, with 2 icons, because one google/YouTube/twitter search, and you can see that its the case. After providing evidence of the 2 icons, I received this:

Previously players reported and mistakenly bought season pass and now they are getting refund for the used points. Hopefully our game team will bring a solution for console players.
I dont 'think' they have an unfair advantage, they objectively do.
Please also tell me when I have mentioned the season pass once? Because I didn't? So why has he mentioned that? (again, im certain 'live chat' is either entirely run through AI, or outsourced to places that are using google translate to communicate, which is absolutely fine to an extent, when im asking questions and getting the same answer that is irrelevant, its incredibly frustrating.

Overall. A pathetic experience attempting to get help for what really has potential to be a good game, unfortunately once again, undeniable flaws in customer service & just ignorance and blame pushed to the customer.
