I Attended the Fc Pro Open Finals but…

It was told that any attendees would have received an sbc item or 10 lucky people would receive a team of the year of their choice. I remember when staff wrote my email down for the item whilst at the event they spelt my email wrong and i told them it was wrong and how to correct it, the guy said ok but i dont think he even heard what i said because the queue was in such a rush. I have emailed and done live chat to ea helpers and none have helped me at all. I have proof of my ticket that i got with the email i use for ultimate team and i am so disappointed so far with the “help” i have received. All my friends received their emails on tuesday night to claim their future sbc icon but i didnt and havent received anything yet. PLEASE LET ME GET MY ITEMS and its so so so annoying that i wasnt entered in the raffle to receive a team of the year because of this stupid mistake that staff made there. I will send the proof to any ea staff here who would be able to see it privately because i do not want people knowing my email
