I didn’t receive my Pre-Season FC25 Rewards

Good afternoon,

Yesterday, the FC 25 Pre-Season rewards were delivered. This morning, I logged into the Web App around 9:15/9:30, and the typical message appeared stating that I had these rewards. I went to the store to open the packs, and they didn't appear, although I didn't give it much thought, as sometimes they only work when logging in on the same console. I logged in from the console about an hour ago, and they haven't appeared. To check and be sure, I went to the celebrations and didn't have the Pre-Season "griddy" reward. That is, I haven't received the griddy or any of the rewards.

    Hi, 

    Same situation happened to me also. Do you have any progress? Did u get the rewards? I only get the notifications but didn't recieve any packs from fc25.
