I didn't get to choose between the player or the packs on level 40

When reaching level 40 I claim my rewards because I wanted the Tomori card to put into my team. Upon claiming the rewards I didn't get to choose between either of the 2 players or packs, it just gave me the packs. I haven't opened either of them as I hope someone can help me out or reverse it please as I wanted the Tomori card and not the pack, the Rodgers card I couldn't care about and don't mind getting the pack but its still annoying it bugged.

    I achieved the objective but I didn't get an option to choose Tomori or the packs. I hope I still get Tomori otherwise I've been grinding for nothing.

    Same I was using evos and building my team around getting thay tomori... premium season pass with premium bs... that killed my whole desire to keep playing this game

    See I thought I didn’t pay attention and just carried on tapping the A button, so maybe I’m the same. A yes or no to confirm your pick would be ideal.

    EA, I have the same problem! I just grinded all the way to Level 40 to find no reward. What is this nonsense ? 

    Please fix this and give all those that reached level 40 the rewards. 

    Does anyone in the community know how this issue could be handled? 

    Has something like this been done before ?

    Same problem Xbox series X. Didn’t get an option screen to choose.
