I have not received my fc points
I purchased 500 fc points and was charged for it 3 hours ago, but i didnt receive them till now. I need help with this please. Thanks

Hey JRYY10,
Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your points to be credited to your account. I'd recommend waiting that long first.
Just to check though: where did you buy your FC points?

Did you get your points in the meantime?
same case here. purchased 5900 points frome the phone app and money has been deducted from my account. Points have however not been credited to my account
