Ultimate Edition : No Ultimate Pass

Since I bought the game on October 9th, I’ve been experiencing an issue where I haven’t received the Ultimate Pass. I’ve contacted support multiple times, and they initially told me to wait for a fix. However, three days ago I was informed that the issue had been resolved and that it might take a day or two for my pass to be unlocked. I contacted support again today, and they advised me to post here so that a specialized team can fix the issue, as they’re unable to resolve it on their side.
