I keep getting disconnected on Rivals

I keep getting disconnected when playing Rivals , usually when I'm up against PC Players

3 Matches back to back, this has happened so I've been relegated and getting notifications about regulations of disconnecting during gameplay...

This needs addressing ASAP

    Hey there. We should go through some connection troubleshooting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score. Thanks!
