I know it was stupid but i really need the pack

Ea please help me out here

so i know what i did was stupid and i should have known but in the season pass i got to level 30 and left my reward unclaimed because i was scared i would accidentally open it instead of saving it like i wanted now the pass ended and i automatically got donovan although i wanted the pack so please if there is anything you can do to help me just let me know and for your information i have not used donovan yet and i will not use him till i am updated if you can help me i would really appreciate it

    Hey Xtr_Reverse​,

    Sorry to hear you weren't able to choose the actual reward you had intended to grab here. 

    I'm afraid we are not able to reverse or exchange in-game rewards once they're received, so unfortunately swapping that out won't be possible. We can certainly pass along feedback that it would have been nice to still have the option once the pass ends in those situations, but this isn't anything we could retroactively change sadly.
