This is kind of what happened to me. I pre ordered before aug 26 and I thought I had the game. It said “pre ordered” so I thought it was ok. Today, I tried to play it, and it said my preorder got canceled or refunded somehow. I bought it AGAIN today and I don’t have anything. EA please fix this or just give us our icon picks

Hello, I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of EA SPORTS FC 26, but I have not received the Debut ICON Player Item in Ultimate Team. I pre-ordered before the deadline and expected the pack to be available starting September 19, 2025, at 17:00 UTC. I’ve restarted the game, checked the Store > My Packs section, and ensured my EA account is linked to my platform PS5 . I also confirmed that my game is updated and I’m connected to EA servers. Could you please check why the ICON pack is missing and add it to my account?
