Dear EA, I have bought the presale ultimate edition, unfortunately I still yet to receive my icon pack? I would love to receive as soon as possible please..

I got them. If you got it from steam, there will be an option on the ea fc 26 page on steam to redeem your ultimate edition rewards.
I did that day one of head start got everything else but still no icon for me
