Icon Swaps are about to end. and we still havent received the missing tokens

its frustrating to me that EA has known about this issue for two weeks but has been doing all sorts of side-hustles instead of addressing these as a priority. this problem isn't affecting just one player, but it's also affecting everyone in our community. chat supporters can't help, all these issues are forwarded to the team, which does nothing??? playing this game while missing tokens is overwhelming cause every time you face off against Nazario. we still don't know why they disappeared btw, but we don't really know if we'll ever be able to recover them. i don't recall a similar situation in previous editions. unfortunately EA isn't taking this issue seriously idk why. as far as i know, there's no mention of an additional token in the store/sbc but that would make this problem easier if granting these tokens is a difficult task. players like me who completed all the tasks are left with 18 icon swap tokens, not really knowing what to do next. im very disappointed with how this issue is being downplayed. everything is confirmed by support, checking logs, but they are helpless. i don't blame them, but in such a situation they should be able to help. 

dear EA, we are devoted to you, we really need your help - but you ignore us. please, someone finally take this problem seriously. we don't want to completely lose trust in yall.
