Menu lag

Is anyone else having an issue with menu lag and have any solutions on how to fix it ? I load up fc fine can play clubs on less then 10 ping but whenever I try load up ultimate team the fc logo just stays at the bottoms of my screen and always says that there is an error and I get kicked off I’ve done the basic things like reset router, went into safe mode and rebuilt database , cleared cache , added a dns setting , took the power cable of my console for 30 minutes and synced my game i feel like I’ve done everything I can do and my internet is fine so I don’t know what else I can really do at this point
