Iconic Excellence Objective

I am trying to complete this objective - but nothing I do registers a game and I would really enjoy these rewards as I do not get to play too often anymore.

The conditions set are being met, and those are:
Score X goals whilst using the 4-3-2-1 formation without changing
Win X games using the 4-3-2-1 formation without changing.

I have tried this using the 4-3-2-1, and the 4-3-2-1(2) formations.
I am not changing formations in game.
I am not even using any subs to try and make that work.
I am not using and quick tactics that could alter my formation in game.

Can someone shed some light because I have contacts CS on chat and they were pretty terrible and patience seemed very thin.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Since you have mentioned - "I have tried this using the 4-3-2-1, and the 4-3-2-1(2) formations."
    You might be using 4-2-3-1 and 4-2-3-1(2) formations.

    The objective requires the 4-3-2-1, and there are no other variations of that formation. Please double-check.
