Inch Perfect Evo not working

I bought the evo and put it on a card and while the card says it’s in the evo, it won’t appear in the my evolutions section and it won’t allow me to complete any of the levels with it. This is not acceptable, EA you need to fix this.

    I put it on a evo which is the start of a really of a really good chain and needs to be completed by tomorrow, can’t understand why the game is so buggy!
