Just packed gold kane from the playstation plus pack should it not be his tots?
Yes should be TOTS Kane. Any pack that does not contain promo cards will have a disclaimer that the pack only contains Golds cards no promos. The fact there was no disclaimer tells us as the consumer that this pack is a standard pack. I hope you enjoy your TOTS Kane!
