Earlier I completed the Africa challenge sbc. From the gold starting xi pack at the end i packed a gold Enzo fernandez. I understand his Tots shouldn't be in this pack as it is capped at 89 rated however his gold card should also not be in the pack. Am I due compensation?

Yeah, these packs are also having a badge that they are tradeable. From previous Season Passes i know that you can pack promo cards because thats just normal packs unlike the Gold-Starting-XI Pack.
I just hope i can get the coins or the tradeable player, because at this time he was worth 3.5 Mio Coins, that I‘m now missing
xTheCR7legend when previewing bundles or multi-choice rewards via the Season Pass, it isn't clear to me whether the packs are tradeable or untradeable.
I presume the green and black Season Pass packs are tradeable 🤷♂️ I have only claimed one or two SP's earlier this FC - certainly should be more details made available for such a purchase.
EA_Hux couldn‘t name the exact pack,but it must be a pack from the Season Pass, because it was tradeable and that were the only tradeable packs i saved. I opened it Friday night after 19pm German time, so after PL-Tots release.
SumFiiin not the exact pack but it must be from season pass, because it was tradeable and the other packs i had from cups etc were untrade.
EA_Darko I packed Gabriel Gold in a tradeable Pack from the Season Pass after PL-Tots release. I contacted the support, but they couldnt help me

it was from sbc packs i opened like 5 packs and he was in one of them

Please let us know the exact name of the pack and player that you've received.
As EA_Hux already mentioned, it's intended that the Gold Starting-XI pack is indeed only giving out Gold players. The same might be for some Player Picks but I can get this confirmed if you let us know which pack you opened.
