Intermittent poor gameplay

Can anyone give me any help with intermittent poor gameplay.

Its not an internet issue as I’ve 1gb speeds, and low latency.

div 5, won like 9 in a row to get to division 5 then all of a sudden my passing isn’t working properly, midfield just stand there now instead of tracking runs etc players making heavy touches, and shots always hit the keeper. 
move noticed I go 2 or 3 down then come back to evens and then lose the game by 2 goals…

also how’s everyone’s pack luck?
