Issue with 85+ Players Pack in FC 26

Hello,

I opened an 85+ Player Pack (5 players) in FC 26, but the pack did not give the correct rewards.

The players I received were:

• One player rated 85 (Girelli)
• The other four players were all rated below 85

This is incorrect because the pack description clearly states that all 5 players should be rated 85 or higher.

I contacted three support agents, but the issue was not resolved. The conversations were ended without my permission or a clear explanation.

I am requesting a proper investigation of this issue and compensation or correction according to the pack description.
