Wtf EA I bought a pack for 4000 FC points, it says at least a 93-rated player, but I unlocked a 92-rated player. How is that possible?

I've just had the exact same thing happen to me....you are supposed to get a 1 of 4 player pick 93 or above and it hasnt given me the pick.....it gave me 3 FOF players under 93 and no player pick.....
This is really joke and also menu very slowly packet opened very slowly maybe for this I don’t know
