Kit matching

I was playing a very important game in division rivals and the games auto kit matching has made me lose one of my most important games making mine and the opponents kit the exact same colour making it impossible to identify any of my players. Is there anyway it can reset the progress that exact game made towards my record as this is a game fault

    Unfortunately, we will not be able to reset that progress. You may be able to avoid this situation in the future by enabling high contrast mode as suggested HERE.

    Hey ZMAN2247​,

    As EA_Barry mentioned, we are not able to reset progress or retroactively change the outcome of a game but the high contrast mode is a great way to avoid it in the future.

    If you encounter such kit clashing issues in the future, please include a screenshot in your report with the names of the teams playing against each other. Thanks!
