Lag on PC ultimate team champions

Every time i play ultimate team champions i get huge 10 second lag spikes and i can not control anything while the opponent keeps moving. When I llay rush everything is perfect but any other online game mode I can not play. What am i supposed to do this jeeps happening and now i wont be able to get rewards because i can not win in ultimate team chanpions because of this lag. I have already cleared the cache from the ea app and reset my computer and that still has not fixed my issue. My internet works perfectly and i am connected to ethernet. If my internet didnt work inwouldnt even be able to play rush. Even my pong is great even when checking game reports on the ea app. The issue is in the game i cant controll any players fue to the 10 second lag. What an i supposed to do to fix this.
