Squad battles rank isn't tracking

So with this week's squad battles I reached elite 1 and with the last 4 games remaining I lost 1 match 1-0 and than won the other 3 games 4-0, 3-1, 9-0 & my rank never moved! It's like after I won my match after my loss it counted that 1 game which brought my score to the middle so as I continued to play and win my points weren't being counted as the bar stayed in the exact position after reach game! I'm like what the hell I even played my feature match with the juventus logo on it and beat them 5-0 & still my progress points bar never moved!! What the heck is this crap how does my point progress bar stop counting my points I should be passed elite 1 rank I should be entered into the rank 1-200 that has the cup with the red background as I clearly won every match until I lost 1-0 which was my 13th match after that my 14th,15th & 16th match & featured match I won them all this is b.s can someone from ea sports email me I have video proof of my point progress bar not moving/counting my points seems like this ranking system is rigged or bugged
