Level 27 season pass rewards for previous season pass

I had bought the premium season pass on eafc 26 for the previous season. When getting to level 27 it would not let me claim the rewards the rewards from 28 to 30 were then claimed as normal. Until now I still have not received these rewards. EA help webchat is no help whatsoever ever and told me to post in here. Doubt that ill get anything back but here goes...
