Loose 39.000 coins thru limit

Hello,

i have some bad feeling about this.

i bought van dijk for 99.000 coins and now i cant sell him for more then 60.000 thru the limit EA set.

so that is a loss of 39.000 only because EA set a limit on it.

is this legal? Because i also spend real money on fc points and that seems also not hold ther value any more thru this way.
