Lost all my players in SBC by mistake – Need help (FC 26)
Hello,
I am writing because I lost all of my players after my little brother submitted squads into SBCs by mistake in FC 26 Ultimate Team.
He did not fully understand that all submitted players would be permanently consumed, and now my club is empty. My team value was around 600k coins, and I had many important high-rated players.
I already contacted EA Support, but they told me they cannot restore the players or do a rollback.
I understand it was a mistake, but losing everything because of one misunderstanding feels very unfair and discouraging.
I would like to ask if there is any possibility for my case to be reviewed again, or if any help can be provided.

Unfortunately, as the owner of the account, you are responsable for all the transactions made on the account.
I would encourage you to add a 4 digit security code to your PSN account to make sure your brother can't access it. You can learn how to do so here.
Unfortunately, EA Help or the forums cannot restore items submitted in an SBC even by mistake so it cannot be reviewed again.
