Market Bug

I had completed all the tasks and opened my transfer market 2 weeks ago. But I still received the 24h market limit message in the game and can't bid/sell. 


Patch after patch and nothing gets done about this !! 
Are we just ignoring the fact a lot of people have this bug ???
