Missing content. Classic XI Hero pack not in store

I started ea fc 26 on my console multiple times before the deadline, I also restarted the game but I could not get the free classic XI Hero pack on my account. I also saw a message that there would be a replacement player given if that is related?

    Im having the same issue, I opened the ultimate team game mode and a message said i would receive a Free XI pack in the store and nothing showed up!!
