Missing content need help

Hi there I had a challenge on my last game on ultimate team where it tells me if I score the last goal in my match I’ll get a players pick , I scored the last goal of my match and won it but when it took me to the advance from game it told me I didn’t complete the challenge I have video clip of it can someone help thanks as I feel I’ve been robbed a bit there.
