Missing Echampions League Rewards

I’ve watched the Echampions League stream live yesterday from 20:00-21:20 but I haven’t got any rewards. All my accounts are linked to YouTube and twitch. Can someone please help. Spoke to an Agent on live chat and they are just time waste nobody is helping and we are missing out on rewards.
