Missing FC 26 Points

On Friday 01/16/2026 around 1:30 PM when TOTY attackers dropped and servers were slow I purchased 5900 FC 26 points and never received them. My bank account was charged, my Xbox and Microsoft accounts shown that the transaction was processed and I even got Microsoft reward points for the transaction, but I never got the FC points on my account even after waiting 24 hours. I contacted EA and after 4 days they stated I’m not eligible for any more content. I’m not sure what to do. I purchased FC points many times and never had this issue. I purchased points since Friday and received points fine, but I still never got the 5900 points I ordered.

    Hello JGilbert12

    I have experienced the exact same issue, I have talked with at chatbot for the last 50 minutes or so. The conclussion of it all:

    "This issue isn't supported by advisors" I dont know what to do, or if I will ever get compensated. I too have purchased later and recieved with no problems.
