Missing FC Points and Ultimate Edition Content
Hello,
I'm writing to report an issue with my recent purchase of EA SPORTS FC™ 26 Ultimate Edition.
I also purchased an additional 1050 FC Points with the game, bringing my total expected points to 7050.
Upon logging into the game for the first time, I only received 3500 FC Points.
Additionally, none of the extra content from the Ultimate Edition, including the ICON pack, has appeared in my account.
It has been over 24 hours since the purchase, and the missing content is still not available.
Please investigate this issue and credit the missing points and content to my account.
