Severe Stuck Input Bug Despite Stable Connection
I’ve been experiencing an issue in EA Sports FC Ultimate Team that makes the game unplayable. I’d like to provide full details so you can escalate this to the technical team.
Issue Description:
-During FUT online matches (Rivals/Tournaments/Drafts) my inputs suddenly stop registering.
-My last input gets “stuck” and repeats until the ball goes out of play (ex: if I was moving forward, my player keeps running forward).
-I can still see my opponent moving smoothly in real time, which means I’m still receiving server data.
-The problem resolves itself after a few minutes, then happens again.
Troubleshooting already attempted:
-Stable wired Ethernet connection (42–46 ms ping).
-EA Connection Quality Report shows excellent results (avg 0.11% packet loss, jitter <10 ms, recent ping 41 ms).
-Repaired game files, cleared cache, reinstalled EA App.
-Tested controller (PS4) offline and in other games — works perfectly.
-Issue does not happen in offline modes, only FUT online matches except squad battles and offline drafts.
Conclusion:
Everything points to a server-side issue with Ultimate Team. My client receives opponent data fine, but my own inputs are ignored until a reset (ball out of play).

Please escalate this with my CQR data and account/session details. I’d like to know if this is a known server issue and if there is any workaround or fix on your side. Wanted to upload videos too but they're bigger than 75 MB.
