Missing FIFA Points – Ultimate Edition Only Received 2,000 / Should Be 4,600
Hello EA Team,
I purchased the FC 26 Ultimate Edition directly from the PlayStation Store (US account).
According to the edition benefits, I should receive 4,600 FIFA Points, but my account only received 2,000 FIFA Points.
Here are the details:
- Platform: PS5
- PSN Region: United States
- Purchase: Ultimate Edition from PS Store
- Issue: Only 2,000 FIFA Points were added
- I already tried:
- Restarting my PS5
- Restoring Licenses
- Opening the game on the main account
- Checking other users on the console
The issue still exists.
Please verify my entitlements and add the missing FIFA Points to my account.
