Missing group reward from world tour superstars league

Hi,

I recently finished the world silver superstars league objective and when I went to claim my remaining packs which were the 87+ bpl/wsl and the jumbo rare players pack as the group reward, It claimed the 87+ pack but kicked me out of ultimate team when claiming the jumbo rare players pack.

i have contacted ea support with video  evidence showing me claiming the rewards in the objectives tabs but not receiving the jumbo rare players pack in my store but all they keep doing is closing the case.

can this please be looked into
