Missing Icon pack player
Did the icon pack and only got base Beckham. But the player was not received in club. Checked quick sell ,different device etc but is not there. Ea help won't even look. Any ideas? Thanks

Same here. 2 players bought on the transfer list disappeared. I submitted new case and waiting for reply but in previous said this:
"We’ve looked into your case, and you’re not eligible for any more content. This can happen if you didn’t earn your content in time, or you didn’t meet a reward’s requirements."
