missing icon swap token from 1st week

despite completing all the tasks, im missing a single token. now, due to the lack of one, im unable to exchange it for my dream reward from swaps. 'd like to receive a token that, strangely enough, didn't reach my club (it was the one for the French league). will EA refund us the missing tokens? i see im not the only one with this problem. its unclear whether any tokens will even be available for purchase in the store—and if so, when. we're left in the lurch because we don't know anything about the possibility of recovering the lost tokens, or whether we'll even be able to purchase one. we're at a standstill. EA? Hello?
