Here are the answers for me:
- Platform: PC-Steam
- Gamertag/PSN ID: mahmoodrussel / Steam ID: 76561198298744071
- Timestamp (date, time, and timezone) when you first noticed the missing Icon swaps: Feb 21, 2026, around 4 PM EST (I submitted my case since that night)
- Name of the relevant objectives/challenge: Icon Swaps (Now all are completed, but in that time, I completed all 10 first batch and 3 of second batch; but 2 were missing)
