I spoke to an EA advisor literally today and he claims sometimes there are syncing issues with the game. He suggested I delete the game, clear the CACHE, reinstall the game and check. I haven't tried that yet as I'm at work but I'll try. He said I should get back to them if it doesn't work🤷🏾

EA_Vendcera have you got any update for us to keep us in the loop. Im sure majority of us have raised a case with EA. I want to use my R9 for live events due to the time and effort it took to do. i think I will raise a formal complaint if we cant at least get some update on this
